Refund & Return Policy
At Afrikanah Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that the following conditions are met:
1. The item must be in its original condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all kimonos, tags, and labels attached. We will not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
2. Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to an error on our part. We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
3. Refund or exchange: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the above conditions. We will then issue a refund or exchange as per your preference. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
4. Exceptions: Some items may not be eligible for return, such as final sale items or products that have been customized or personalized.
5. Refunds processing time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
